Creatives Exhibition
We will also be having another art show this year if you want to submit your work, please follow the instructions below:
Creatives to respond to the theme “Connecting” for example images, or words that capture or symbolise connecting with; each other, self, nature, community, the arts, etc.
Any medium will be accepted, for example: painting, collage, drawing, photography, mixed media, verse.
Entry gives Mulgrave Landcare permission to photograph the work and use the image.
Size of artwork should be between A4-A3 and suitable for adhering to a concrete wall, using velcro.
Creatives can remain anonymous or provide their name and contact details and a short description of the piece on the back of the entry. All ages are invited to contribute.
Works to be exhibited on Sunday 22nd October from 9am to 12pm at the Mulgrave Landcare Station (old fire station) on the corner of Norman and Church Streets in Gordonvale.
All entries go into the draw for prizes. Exhibits to be dropped off at the Landcare Station or Tropica Store & Studio (78 Gordon Street, Gordonvale) no later than Friday 13 th October and picked up from the same location after the day of the event.
This exhibition is part of Mulgrave Landcare’s Mental Health Week event.
